Our check in clerk Casey - awesome!!
I paid $400+ for a room with dog poop. The bathroom was nasty. I will never stay again.
I asked the housekeeper in the hall to show me how to turn my air on! She said no and went in another room then five minutes later I got hotel staff and security at my door saying I harassed her . She was foreign but u shouldn't have a worker that don't understand peoples request! And on the wall outside my door was a big brown spot of something that looked like throw up.
The breakfast was great! However, I got interrogated about the age of my 12 yr old daughter the 1st morning by the server. She stated that because of this weekend the age restriction of 12 and under eat free don't apply, unless I had an aquarium package.. The 2nd morning, not.a.single.issue. I'm confused? Is there a guideline or not?
When booking the hotel I was told free parking; however when checking in I was told it didn't apply, unless I had the aquarium package. The valet was $20 per day; there was a volleyball competition so there was no other parking available. I spent $40 for parking! Housekeeping missed cleaning our room, we had to beg for towels, tort paper, and adtl trash bags. The room was dirty maybe because it was a smoking room- (requested non smoking) Based on this stay I don't plan on going back ever.
I like the place in general specially because It was in downtown.
Breakfast is not that good and the offer you the same every morning.
Location was within walking distance of locations
Ben was not comfortable
Staff was excellent except for the valet parking. I felt guilty for interrupting the conversation of the three attendants but after being ignored for 3-4 minutes.... Facilities were clean but paint was peeling, carpets unraveling and the PAINT was peeling off the resurfaced bath tub. Not the enclosure, the tub itself. Highly overpriced; for the same money I could have stayed at W or Hyatt.
Close to lots if things in the area- helpful staff when asking directions and suggestions
Good location, nearly to CNN center, World of Coke Cola, Georgia Aquarium and Olympic Park. Clean room with microwave oven and refrigerator. Amanda is very helpful. Very nice stay.
The air conditioner is too noisy.
Thr hotel was near the venue we were going to
At said check in time of 3pm, no rooms were available even with my reservation made a month in advance. Because of this we missed the first hour and a half of the concert we were going to see. I will never stay at this hotel again. They didn't offer to Comp anything. Then you have to pay for valet parking and I parked my own car where they told me too, they never moved it and I was still charged for valet parking. They said because I parked on the property. Which I paid to stay on the property so that made no sense. Horrible experience.
Walking around the city of Atlanta and checking out the people.
Can't think of one bad experience
The location was perfectly located for the Phillips Arena and CNN building. There are many choices of restaurants and activities close to this hotel. The hotel was very clean.
The tub / shower would not drain properly. The ice machines were broken on several floors. The breakfast was good, but expensive.
they are making maintenance and the corridors were no clean. The night I was there was a party with a lot of strange people walking on the property.
Bed sheets were a little pilly
Great for event at Georgia Dome! Everything was very nice. Things are all convenient to use in lobby. Restaurant buffet had good food.
Nice confort beds . Right in front of Centennial Park, very accesible!
Under construction, very noisy in the mornings!
